Igor Gluscevic was born in Kotor on 30th March, 1974. He is the founder & CEO of the 'Kairos Sport Management' agency and has been an officially licensed FIFA agent for 12 years now.
Before the decision to manage the careers of football players, he was the one himself. The path of his professional football career made him to play in the leagues of Spain, Holland, Czech Republic, China, Greece and Serbia and conquer noticeable individual and team trophies.
He believes that the power of knowledge and fairness are the key ingredients to the success, besides the large networking base that is needed to understand the market allocations. Furthermore, the most valuable asset that makes him stand out is the ability to have a great relationship with the clients and the skill to efficiently resolve challenges that may arise on the way to the success. Trust and Faith are the pillars of the relationship with the agency’s members.
In addition to managing the careers of the players, he is the leader of the highly skilled Kairos Sport Management team that constantly grows. He speaks 6 languages.
